out of fear of the fleeting

avoiding the gaze
of the invisible man
the ghost,
the barber
watching time go by,
life and death
for awe
or out of boredom.

A flying saucer,
abduction and
hope of deliverance
beyond the earth and sky
What will be waiting for me there?
A door opening in the dark
